I think you're right cash waster but Kerry won't be liable for any shortfall as she's already BR and won't/has not signed the Deed of Acknowledgement. The shortfall will fall onto Hubby's shoulders but he is going BR anyway in the furture. The shortfall is not the part to worry about really it's the new incurred solicitors fees after BR that is my concern. I just hope there's some sort of help for this

hi Kerry sorry nothing to add to help, hopefully you will get the answers you need. you're always so helpful to other people i hope you can get this sorted xxx
  • Kerry I'm really sorry this is happening to you. So you don't incur anymore legal charges can I suggest you ring Citizens Advice it's a free service and they do have legally trained to help.

I hate to say it but I think NR will stick to their guns on this.. they are still owned by the tax payer and are going to be held very accountable. It could be the amount of NE that has been the real hang up.

Seriously, call Citizens Advice I think you need some proper legal help.

Aw Kerry, this is horrible, maybe even national debtline, you could talk to someone today. I just can't fathom how this is possible when you are an undischarged bankrupt, it's so unfair. There has to be a way here.
