Would you rather they behaved like the dirty spoon sketch out of Monty python.
  • If you go to morrisons don't expect anything to be fresh. Their target market is the over 65's so generally they can sell what they want as the customers can't tell the difference.

Wow talk about a sweeping generalisation. I could name about 20 people I know (including myself) who shop at morrisons, none of whom are over 65.
On the whole I have always found morrisons to be fresher and better quality than my local tesco and definately the local asda.
However my local farm shops do better quality meat, milk, butter, cheese and veg etc.
In fact this shop is just around the corner from myself on the farm.

For quality locally produced products I would defo recommend going beyond the supermarket. Pauls as above has been going for about 40 years and is family run. Customers are so loyal even the supermarkets in town opening up haven't hit them. btw the last reviewer forgot the locally produced ice cream they sell as well mmmmmmmmmm.

Will be going there on Christmas eve for some nice fresh goods for Christmas Day. They will even deliver hampers/boxes if required.

BTW I live in a semi rural area on the edge of a small town.

Utter utter utter rubbish. I've been shopping at Morrisons since I was 18 and moved to a city where there was one. Most people in there when I go are *well* under 65, I'd guess the average age being 20s as it's a big student town.
