I've emailed him; but haven't had a reply back yet.. We've discussed some things; but not this

When did you e-mail? Why not phone them, or see them face-to-face to at least set up an appointment?

Have you asked if it would be possible to swap monitors around in the classroom?

Have you been to see the IT services to help you get set up to the network?

I've just had a quick skim through this thread and haven't seen you answer these questions yet.

I emailed yesterday and can't phone them as I have no credit to do so and the office shuts at 4.30pm.

I haven't talked to IT services yet; but a friend of mine has told me who I need to talk to.

If this has been a problem since the start of term then it really should have been sorted sooner. People on a forum shouldn't really need to tell you what you need to do.

I have been partially sighted since the age of at least 3; but over the last few months, I have gone from 6/24 & 6/12 to 6/60 and 6/36 - that's the worst I've ever been.
