As at last update saved £3199.50 / £5000
Just raided the hotel loyalty schemes to book breaks as otherwise if left dormant we'd lose perks or the points :eek:
London break booked yesterday, posh hotel plus loyalty perks of breakfast, afternoon tea and evening drinks & nibbles
Cost to us £0 Min. estimated cost £2,500
3 night weekend break to visit eldest son, unfortunately no extra's this time:
Cost to us £0 Min. estimated cost £250
So savings to date: £5949.50 / £5000 :j:j
Been lots of odd special items so far, so expect future months to be harder, but going to try to £10,000 for the year.0 -
