I know this may sound kinda very nasty and mean,
but maybe this thread should now be deleted so that it doesn't spoil and ruin it for all the people who have already done it.

I agree that it's not abuse. People did exactly as they were supposed to do to take up the offer isn't it? Quidco even very helpfully said that if we wanted multiple cashbacks to place each ticket in a different basket!

Much as I don't agree with the MSErs who did this several times (or 24 times!) I don't think it can be called abuse.

Im kind of pi**ed off now, as myself and my OH regulary go to birmingham and via birmingham and because of our railcards tickets only cost us £2.80 return, as we were getting £4 originally we were very impressed and brought them in advance as opposed from the fast ticket machine! Well to the people who decieded to abuse this generous offer from Virgin - thanks a lot you've gone and spoilt it for the rest of us!

I hope your pleased with yourselves and that your multipul bookings all fail to pay out!!

Then what's the problem? If you bought it genuinely meaning to travel, then just tell them that when they e-mail you.

if you go through topcashback they still do it and so do cashback kings you still get your 4 quid

I think they were angry because they used to get cashback even though their journey was cheaper than £7, but after today there is now a limit imposed.
