I didn't do anything that really generated any extra income yesterday which was a shame, but I have worked out what's left to come in and go out, and IF I'm uper careful then I THINK we'll be ok. Just so much to pay for which is a shame and we have OH's MOT as well on top of everything else that needs paying for.
Feeling positive about it though as it's going to be a great achievement to be able to say we paid for everything that has been chucked as us through dec and Jan and not gone into debt (please nothing else go wrong until I can pay this lot and save some more money)
I made a soup for lunch yesterday and it was lovely - a morrocan chickpea soup, and I have frozen two portions for work lunches which will save me some money.
It's freezing today and I don't need to go anywhere so may stay in,0 -
The bathrooms have been cleaned to within an inch of their lives and plenty has been thrown out, so I have achieved something today if not money making.0

I'm back at work today, worked really hard so having myself a wee 10 min break now catching up with all news!0

I've got a fat lip this morning! DD2 headbutted me in the dark this morning as she climbed into our bed. Bled loads and now I have a lump.
£41 landed from TCB this morning and I am rounding my acc down every day. Might leave me skint but at least there will be money to pay our big bills that are looming.
Am supposed to be taking dd2 to her grannies today but the bloming roofers are due! Was 10am now it's 11am due to the temperature (I really can't see what difference another hour is going to make it's freezing out there)
We'll see what happens.0 -
Well that wasn't very nice of dd2 lol. Hope it doesn't hurt too much.
Hope the roofers turn up too!0 -
Roofers finally turned up at half twelve. First they said they'd be here by 10am, then 11am because it was too cold?! then 12. I went out for lunch with MIL at 12.20 and they still weren't here! It started raining slush at around 1.30 when we got back and there was one man on my roof working, serves him right. He didn't finish till 5pm in the cold and wet lol. Still it's a job done on the house that would have prob needed doing at some point. It's paid for so that's one thing done, need to get saving for the wills and the MOT now quickly lol.0

Aww, i hope your lip gets better soon.
Some builders are the worst, cant believe they turned up late because it was too cold, i may use that excuse in work tomorrow.
Still no luck with that bingo site, dunno what's going on, its weird. Maybe i joined it the days when i was a good MSE.
