I didn't really do the race for life for sponsorship, but did raise a modest £25 as I forgot to get the sponsors.
The dress I think will be very similar to this

Went to the dentist this morning and had the first part of root canal done. Didn't hurt at all, but my mouth hurts now the anasthetic has worn off. He was tugging away in my mouth not sure exactly what he was doing. Have 2 more appts to finish it. Can't wait for that blister on my gum to go.0 -
Hi Yukkibear - your so brave going to the dentist, I haven't been since I was 12, how bad is that?! (Now approaching 28).
The style of your dress in your link looks gorgeous! I can't wait to start dress shopping although that will well and truely be on the back burner for at least another year!!
Well done on completing the race for life, £25 is still a really good amount, if everyone raised that, then they'll do brilliantly from it. :T0 -
I was terrified of the dentist which is why I never went, but I had to set a good example for dd and then obv I had loads wrong with my teeth, got that sorted and then got an infection which is what is being sorted (finally) now.0

It's been a busy week but a fairly good one. I sold £50 worth of jewellery the other day and managed to bag 2 mystery shops for £25 each, completed one, one to do.
Sold 2 books on Amazon so it's been a productive and rewarding week. Am working this weekend. Need to order dd1 a new bed this week as hers has finally given up the ghost. Shame and could do without it but it was going to need doing soon enough anyway.0 -
You've done really well this week, and the dress is lovely.
Don't know if you've had the rest of your root canal done yet, but my brother has had one and said it was much better than he expected after all the horror stories he had heard, so hopefully it isn't too bad. I'm terrified of going to the dentist too which is why I bought myself a decent sonic toothbrush, it isn't really a substitute though. Finally bought a homeStarting mortgage £289,500 31.01.19 - Current outstanding £192,586.98/CENTER]Overpayments since 27.03.19: £52,407.470
