OK, I've been asked a question I don't know the answer to, so I'm hoping someone here will know!

When making peppermint creams is it possible to shape the mixture in a silicone mould, or would it just get stuck in there?

Also what sweets/candies other than chocolate could be made in silicon chocolate moulds?

    Many thanks.
A waist is a terrible thing to mind.

Don't see why not, maybe still worth dusting with icing sugar, but I just roll mine out and cut with biscuit cutters, easier than using a mould.
  • I know this is an old thread, but I am so EXCITED by several of these recipes! I have a friend who is going to LOVE this years present! Thank you thank you thank you all!!!
