Sagem Freeview Box - £20!!!

I think as far as volume control is concerned, you may have:
1) A volume control in the Freeview box itself (do any have these?);
2) A remote control which will operate a TV of the same brand as the Freeview box (Grundigs [RIP] do this);
3) A universal remote control which can be programmed to change the volume on many brands of TVs (Panasonic DVD recorders do this).
If this does any of these, well you can no doubt find out from the user manual link poste by paul_h.Time is an illusion - lunch time doubly so.0 -

The Sagem has an internal volume control operable with the remote, but obviously you will need to be able to turn up the volume on the TV and leave it there. I presume phatboy will be able to turn up the TV with the controls on the front of the set, and use the volume control of the Sagem...0 -
