I think you are being more than reasonable Maz..hope he behaves and doesn't act like a tit! Would be nice if he had erin and took her to see his mum,, would then give you a bit of GM christmas time too. Thats lovely to think of Dawn and I am sure she would love to spend it with you...will be a fun day too!
Think next year we might break the mould and do something really different, maybe go away, spend it with friends.I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

Sounds like a nice plan for christmas day Maz.
I was supposed to have my parents stay christmas eve but they've said it's too much hassle for me with all the bed changing and extra cooking etc. They're going to come very early Christmas day instead...got the in-laws coming boxing day, I get on well with them so it's stress free.
Just ordered the "truprint" teddy that's on offer on the "low spends" board...one for each DD, went through quidco for £5 for opening each account then pay £1.99 p&p per teddy....so they're in effect going to pay me £6.02 for having 2 lovely teddies with a photo t-shirts on....:j"Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. That teddy bear is so cute! Just trying to think whose photo I could put on the front! But it is a very good offer!
I must make a list of these offers to go home and talk to DH about! I worry I've also missed out on the M&S 49p card offer due to my tardiness and procrastination! So I shall look and see what I else I could if I pulled my finger out!

Good plans for Christmas Maz and Pooky - hope it all goes smoothly.
I only told my parents last night that we're going away, my dad thought is was a great idea but my mum was a little bit funny about it (was expecting that).Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -

Venice. Can't wait!
Oh when I told my dad we'd decided to go away partly because we didn't want to have to choose whose family to visit (they are at opposite ends of the country), he said "oh yeah, that's what we did when we got married, we knew our families wouldn't get on so we didn't invite any of them" ... erm no, I was just talking about Christmas day!:rotfl:Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -
