A lush Karma box. Although I don't think they've got the gift box this year, so will have to make up.

Also a book (usually crime/factual/etc), and a CD goes down well. Definitely some Irish single malt whiskey (probably laphroaig), and some choccies (Hotel Chocolat or Thorntons). If I'm feeling flush, a new jumper.
