I thought I'd "done" all the golf-related pressies in previous years, but gloves for playing in the torrential rain are a new idea!

HI there. I am facing redundancy in January so Christmas in our house is going to be a meagre affair I am afraid- although planning ahead I have managed to scrimp together presents for my teenage son and hubby.

By far my most MSE present has been a picture frame collage (i think you call it) for my hubby, I brought a plain black picture frame from ebay for £1.99 and (sneakily using the works printer) printed off lots of different pics of us together, in different sizes - Gluing these all to some red card and popping them into the frame, and I am absolutely amazed at how great it looks. Id deffo recommend this, cos I know hes going to be really touched thinking of the effort ive put in- and im not really an arty person, think thats why im amazed at the result lol. Other than that, presents for him are DVDS (3 FORD specialist car dvds), fast and furious dvd, a fishing bag, a personalised fishing towel, and thats about it.
As for other men in my family, my teenage son has been asking about a stereo for his room, which he can use to listen to his ipod through, and i picked up a great one from the argos clearnace in corby so that will be his 'main' pressie, amongst other bits n bobs, dvds n such.
My dad, I got him hair clippers as I know the ones he has at home are a bit old now

I also got 10 Lynx showergels when they were on offer at asda for a quid, not really sure what im going to do with these lol, i was planning to make gift sets for the men but have nothing else as yet to put with them... eek. ps. does anyone know where there are any mens deodrants (lynx prerably to go with the showergel) on offer? lol
    With love, POSR <3
