But who then actually deals with the parking "infringements"? Tesco or the PPC? Just having some CCTV cameras without the rest of the PPC infrastructure is completely useless.
Have you called the Tesco parking helpline yet?

I'm sure they will answer all your questions, and more. :)

Let us know what they say the connection to UKPC is though ;)

They are not scamming people Biscuitdunker? If you believe they are explain how.

    ...

I think we're wasting our time here, Anihalator.

That's something I had been requesting without success for a long time in the other recent thread over 200 posts long.

I think it's fair to say don't hold your breath. ... people can make up their own mind why such explanations are not forthcoming. ;)

Why do you keep bring up UKPC?

It was you who made the sweeping statement that Tesco directly controls at least some of their car-parks (when dealing with parking infringements), when the evidence clearly shows they do not.

    What evidence is that then?

Be very careful before replying to provide such evidence, not opinion.
Failure to do so will result in no further reponses from me to your posts.
I have already promised to supply you a picture of a tesco site controlled by UKPC if requested ... and I'm sure you are aware I do my research before making such statements, so I'm not really sure it would be necessary unless you offer counter evidence.

Wow. Some people really think a lot of themselves
  • Yawn, well bored now. Like the Emperor with no clothes he continues to insist Tesco administer their own car parks. And then like a baby threatens to ignore anyone who posts something he does not agree with (if only he would). We still do not know the reason for this rabid defence of Tesco scam parking tickets.

Why do you keep talking about UKPC?

What I am talking about is your statement that Tesco "directly controls" some of their car parks, when in fact they don't. The evidence concerns that telephone number on the Tesco sign which clearly shows a connection with Euro Car Parks

Does it really matter if it goes to Tesco direct or whoever. Tesco are allowed to employ agents and that is what the PPC are here. I would imagine if PPC's kidnapped tesco car parks and put up fraudulent signs Mr T might do something about it. Would also think the PPC would do it to all supermarkets including Asda and not tesco. Unless of course its an Asda conspiracy ;)

Because we are trying to prove that Premier is wrong, that's why!

In my view, it's a case of Tesco misleading their customers. The sign doesn't mention a PPC, and yet it's clear that a PPC will deal with the fine and any "appeals". The PCNs are still not worth the paper they're printed on, whatever company is issuing them.
