    here we go again....

Been very windy and really cold here today but dry, I saw the news in Cumbria and feel so sorry for those poor people up there, I hope it stops raining for them soon

Went shopping this AM to Morries, they have loads of 30p stuff in,Baking spuds, onions, carrots so I stocked up on them.
Added the 2 Mums shopping on to our bill as we needed to get it over £40 to qualify for the £25 voucher for Christmas. We always shop there anyway so it will come in useful.

Did a load of washing for MIL this AM and its now over the radiators finishing drying off, luckily does'nt need ironing, not my fav occupation as you all know:rolleyes:

Had Rustlers cheeseburger for Lunch 99p from Morries(really nice I was surprised)
Braised beef for Dinner with loads of veg and fruitcake and custard after

HELP, how do I get smilies from HysterSisters on to here:confused:have tried but cant seem to do it
Diva - Glad Tris is keeping cheerful, thanks to you I think :T
Aussie - nice outfit  Haribo :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Pen-Pin - sorry to hear of your sad news ((hugs))
Rosyred - you will get the hang of it, suddenly it will click, have you looked at this http://www.crochetspot.com/ hope this link works I'm not good at links
Rachel - hope your mouth is not so sore now, salt water mouthwash helps, Dentist told me to use that when I had a wisdom tooth out last year, stings a bit but and tastes B awful but did seem to help heal it up

Looking forward to an evening with my crochet tonight, doing ruffle scarves for Christmas pressys, really pleased with them.

Better go get dinner sorted enjoy the rest of your evenings all

    Afternoon all,

Still cold and windy here, lost a pane of glass from the greenhouse, but not so much rain to-day, although had to go through a flood twice when collecting DGS2 from school...hope that DD4 gets through it all right....nothing to the floods in south and west where many houses have been flooded to several feet and water systems have been compromised so people are depending on bottled water.

    Gotta go, back later

    Afternoon all.

I'm very late on today, and only very quickly skimmed weekend threads, so Congrats to any who are celebrating, and ((((HUGS)))) to any who are sad or hurting. I'll read properly later.

Very busy weekend - turfed out 6 pink sacks of papers out of the loft (see post on Decluttering thread) and I'm totally cream crackered.

Been baking today, bread rolls, cheese straws, and HM pizza, which will be tonight's dins.

Gotta go, oven needs my attention.

Pippa You'll have to bear with me here but ........

    1. Right click on the smiley you want on Hystersisters & click on 'Copy image location'

    2. Go back to MSE reply bit & look at the top of the box that you're typing your reply in and click the square one that looks like yellow postcard with mountains on it - called Insert Image.

    3. When the box comes up it'll say 'Please enter the URL of your image' and the box will be highlighted blue with 'http://' in it.

    4. Delete that bit and, with your mouse over the box, right click and then click paste. Click 'ok' and it should come out like this jumping0044.gif I hope!

    Evening all

I am sat waiting for a chinese to b delivered....haven't had one for yonks and really fancied one! and i only feel a little bit guilty :D

I was back to work today after a long weekend and I feel quite refreshed ...I'm sure it won't last long!

Nothing much to report...Ds-s was feeling icky last night Ds-d feels icky tonight so it looks like another bug is doing the rounds - terrible with so many of us in the house it just goes through us all!

I'm slowly getting through my xmas shopping and have been making good use of thie first order discounts for littlewoods, very and empire and I am waiting not-so-patiently for my Thortons order with the free hamper (thanks again to MoneysavingDiva for the code) which I ordered on Thursday. Once I have that I can start making up mini hampers for the out-laws from the kids.

I feel a list coming on....I usually feel pretty organised then it gets to the week before xmas and I do a 'last few things to do' list and realise i've loads left to do!! Might actually do that tonight while DH is out at his martial arts class and the younger ones are in bed. OH doesn't eat with us on a monday as he waits until after his class so I took a pie out of the freezer that I made last week (at his request....he loves my pie:D) so he will have that with some chips when he gets in at 9:30pm...and then probably give himself indigestion!

Enjoy what's left of your day whatever you are doing
