I think most of us quote and edit Pigpens list TBH - she keeps us on our toes by varying room order.
But those of us who work outside the home, or have other obligations, alter it a bit. My list usually appears on Weds or Thurs (I work mon-tues-weds and CANNOT fly after work other than dailies) so, although I post Pigpen's list I have my own strategy, dictated by my quirks and my home layout. This often means I take two days to actually complete each list! But I aim to do them all over the two days TBH. So I almost always do the kitchen and bathroom on the same day then I can mop the bathroom with the same water I have mopped the kitchen with. And they are always the first two rooms I do on a Thursday because I like to have them clean. I usually start the laundry on a weds evening because I like to have it finished sat morning. And I always change the beds Friday (note to self 25th Dec and 1st Jan are Fridays:eek:) because that suits me and my routine. Now, what's your take on pegs?
Actually I am quite looking forward to mopping this week as (this is SOOOO sad) I have a new mop head - super moccio!

Pigpen and Toots and Soappie many thanks as always

Just a quick question...do you list what you plan to do off the main list and any extras each day? Or do you make one list and add to it each day? I really am a newbie aren't I....not only do I not know how to keep my house in order I don't even know how to post. :o

    Pink

    Hi Pink

I dont know what others do for lists... as I am new from last week too :D
Last week I added onto the extras for each day... this worked... but I think, an individual own extras list, will be a better option for me. I will add to as I think of things for it. :D

I'm in again, please and thank you!! A lack of effort last week resulted in me having to do rather a lot this weekend, so I need to try and spread it out a bit so that next weekend I can enjoy my tidy house a little bit, at least!!

Hi all, been a busy bee today....looked EVERYWHERE for a pan stand....no joy

Anyway, been to market at car boot this morning, stocked up on loads of tins and meat.

Then round town to get Epsom Salts and pan stand....finally got epsom salts from Asda pharmacy of all places...Boots have stopped doing them unless on prescription???

Then home and been baking and cooking batch style.

Done tea and huge portions of Korma and Tikka Masala to freeze, seperated the meatt and froze it.

Then baked fruit crumble, banana nut muffins and 2 chocolate cakes, one with the orange and one with raspberry.

Now about to collapse and watch I'm a celeb and attempt to get a bath later.

    I am tired.

Flying, I've done loads of washing, drying, hanging and folding. Plus decluttered dining table and sorted a bit of my cupboards out.;)
