Hi folks, I joined last week, but got left behind....

So I decided to start again this week, but I'm confused already - we seem to be doing the same things in the kitchen that we did last week - are the jobs the same each week? Sorry if this is a dumb question!

    :hello: Hello zzzLazyDaisy

No the jobs aren't always the same each week. Pigpen does add things, remove things etc etc. Just depends on how much of the list she actually managed to do or not do herself the week before. :D*runs away quickly to avoid flying mule*:rotfl:

And don't wory about not keeping up. We all struggled to start with and many of us still do at times.;)

Don't worry guys - it was this morning. When I found the door locked I looked from the back garden and then put the alarm on and went out for an hour to give anybody chance to escape! It was just the same when I got back. Kids home now and they'd scare anything! (well maybe not Pigpen:p)

  • Back from the school run. My mum and dad are supposed to be coming over for DD1's birthday but I can't get through to them. They were supposed to be back off holiday today but they may not have got on the flight. They are standby as my Dad is retired British Airways staff so they get staff travel. It might be tomorrow before they're home if they've not made todays flight.:(

DD1 has got a friend over and they are both VERY giddy. I can tell DD2 will end up in tears within the next 5 minutes!

Best go and move a few things from the hall and do a quick kitchen tidy before the IL's get here. Probably won't get back on until tomorrow night as I'm working tomorrow day.

Last week the kitchen was Tuesday.. it is a different cupboard we are cleaning through this week.. the blinds etc are added this week and the appliance clean dropped. The kitchen is difficult because most of the stuff does need doing weekly.. worksurfaces, floor, hob, fridge, table etc.. the thing is as it gets quicker to work through you are able to add other stuff yourself.. like clearing th epaperwork out of the breadbin.. yes I've seen it there :p ..

There is probably more variation on the extras because they are extras and not th ebasic stuff that needs doing day in-day out.

And my kitchen is a swamp.. and my new windows are being fitted Friday..:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:
