    If you look at post#13, you'll see that Ravaya is a trading name of Interscope Imports Limited. I got that from the website before it was taken down.

    Logic Imports Limited is an entirely different limited company (and hence legal entity). Whether it has a common director with another limited company is irrelevant. Debts are not transferable - they belong to the legal entity that created them.

    Also, just to clarify something else, according to companies house, the registered address of the two companies is different.

    I do apologise.

    The Credit check website I used states that Logic Imports was registered at the same address as interscope in 2006.

    I stand corrected if this has now changed.

    I lost £250 pounds from these guys as I purchased via Visa Debit card.

    I was told I would not get any money back.

    WRONG you are covered for such loss on visa Debit.
    The ststem is called Charge Back !!!
    I complained to Halifax that I was misinformed and was given my money back there and then !!!

    If not call the following number it is the number for the Liquidators for Ravaya ask for Natalie she is dealing with Rayaya being wound up...ad your name to list of people owed money.
