    RE: RAVAYA FURNITURE SCAM??

Hello, i would like to know if Lazymoezy or anyone else on this thread ever recieved their furniture from RAVAYA FURNITURE, i have bought something from their website, i got an auto reply email from them straight away saying that my order has been placed but no invoice...

I have been calling them on all 3 numbers advertised on their website and they are constantly engaged. (all of them all day long) I'm worried that this company is a scam. Have I just given over £500 for nothing. PLEASE if you can offer any help on this i would be grateful.

    Many thanks

This thread is almost 2 years old!

However, the company you are asking about seems genuine. Their real name is Interscope Imports Limited and they are registered at companies house.

Unfortunately their accounts are overdue, albeit by a few days, so that does not bode well.

Their registered office is at the address given previously in this thread, but they now have new telephone numbers: 0845 009 2319 or 01375 677 732

If all else fails, I hope you paid your £500 by credit card so you can hold the cc card responsible if the goods fail to turn up.

    hi,

my wifes ordered 3K euro worth of furniture from these guys.
first delivery arrived with two chairs but the bulk of the order is nowhere to be seen. all forms of contact are down and there is no way to get through on any advertised phone numbers for them.
it seems it must be a scam company. can anyone tell me if they ever received their goods from this company?

  • hi all. this crowd are gangsters. they have taken nearly € 2500 of my money and gone missing. I was waiting for delivery which they said would take six weeks and have heard absolutelt nothing from them. They asked me to pay by bank transfer also so I do not have any comeback. Extremely upset but this is what we are up against. Please do not send any monies to them.

    thanks

I Just got conned out of £200 from the guys.

i have reported them to trading standards but I stupidly paid by Visa Debit card so lost it all.

I am going to go to there premises this weekend and confront them if I can find them

The website is still up and running and taking orders.

there - 'in or at that place'
    their - 'owned by them'
    they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)

Thanks I will be ok though they picked the wrong person to mess with (bit of a cliche) but true.

If anyone else hears anything please let me know.

I checked and they have not gone in to liquidation Yet...will wait and see
