It isn't unfair dismissal. She was assaulted by a patient in her work, which caused horrific injuries to her leg, her employer is at fault because they hadn't arranged the proper training she should have gotten before working with the patients. She worked in a care home for the mentally ill. Not just that, but loss of earnings and the fact that she'll never be walk to walk normally again.
Quite a complex case. :eek:We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

If you lived at the address they claim is a link then it will remain. If you never then they will not remove it.
Is this to do with you moving before your split, then blagging saying you never moved after all? You remember what I mean - right? lol2010 - year of the troll

I moved house 6years ago next week and creditexpert thingy asks for you previous adresses for the past 6 years, so do i need to remove it or will it be done automatically? And, some bills such as the mortgage etc wwere only updated in June so should i leave it til these fall off my file or does it not matter in the slightest?0
