Have done something and checked my credit reports. On Experian, they need to remove addresses I never lived at (there's about 8 entries connected to them :O ) and put a Notice of Correction on....does it really change anything though?** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **
**SPC 2012 #1498 -£152 and 1499 ***
I do it all because I'm scared.

Have you opened new RBS accounts mate? What have I missed?
Aaaaw, sorry to hear about the job mate - obviously if you have PPi on any CC's then stop paying so much off them! Use the insurance - that is what it is there for
With your loans, even though you're on gardening leave or paid leave, you have to still notify the insurers, even though they will not make payments for you until you're officially unemployed and not receiving a wage - they need to know about the intent to claim at the first opportunity.2010 - year of the troll

Customer services has been pretty good and I am overall impressed with the bank. However, I haven't been with them long so can't give a accurate recommendation. I haven't had any problems at all with them. The only issue I have is that they don't have a branch in my town but driving 20 miles to the nearest one isn't a problem.
Never-in-doubt is the best person to ask. He has been with them for some time and knows the in's and out's of the bank.
Hi matey
I love HSBC - you know that! Even though they have restricted all my accounts I still love them! Its my own fault for refusing to go into branch for this "Fraud Interview" - but so what, am moving to Coventry soon enough.
However, they are a great bank and to get the best I operate mainly online - everything is instant and you can see pre-auths deducted and pending transactions a day early etc.....
If you pay into the CC from a HSBC account then it updates the next day and reflects the balance adjustment, their online facility is great to be fair.
As for customer services, I don;t need to speak to them - I can do it all online, at the atm or via messaging to have only spoken to them maybe twice in the last 18 months.....
I love them - definitely the best all round bank in my opinion :T2010 - year of the troll

I opened 2 account back on oct last year one was a basic account and a joint savings account. they said to me at 1st there fine etc and later on in the week said i was declined due to my past with the bank, I said ok then.
In the last 8yrs ago i defualted on the account and its no longer on my file etc.
I then checked my credit file lately and they have been reporting to the CRA saying i have a account with them, I contacted my branch about issuing a card for the accounts and the woman said there is a note on the account about my restrictions etc, She made a few phone calls and came back with i had to write to a department explaining reason for defualt in the past and the length it has been since there and also include a copy of my current credit file to prove its clear and my payment history is good. and there shouldnt be a problem with giving me access to accounts.
I will look into the PPI with my cards and loans thanks0 -
