  • lol, hi guys! i was looking for this thread this morning and couldnt find you all!

No funny stories, furious, but not funny!
Yesterday I went to use my aqua card (after activating it on thursday) and it declined!! Rang them, on hold 5 mins..told card hadnt been activated but it now had. Cashier tried again...declined. Rang back, 7 mins hold...was told it hadnt been activated by last person and that they would activate it - told em to shove their bloody aqua card where the sun dont shine! lol.... I was sooo embarrassed.

In a real snooty store too, was only using the card cause Mum rang and asked would i pick up something for her and I didnt have my cash card...had to leave the shop without the gift and had to make the 25 mile journey back to the shop today....not best pleased at all.

    Sorry to hijack post,

    but ElkyElky,

Just wondering if you could give me some advice, one of my mates wants to apply for the HSBC CC, however is in two minds as she has heard that the customer service provided is not as good as other CC providers (also bcoz of the overseas call centres).

In retrospect, have you had any problems with HSBC? and whats your overall view on the HSBC CC?

If you could help, would be much appreciated.

Any other comments are welcomed thanks
