I'm sorry mate, but I am with Nid here. He DOES know what he is talking about...I know him for a long time and he is no crook. What he says 99.9% is factual. He wouldn't make this up if it is not factual. Just give him a break and listen to him for once!!

You may get conflicting information opposed to what NID tells you but if he has reliable sources then you SHOULD listen.

Just recieved shiny purple cap 1 card. Didnt realise you only got a expiry date in 1 year 8 months is that incase your bad ?

Just received my decline letters from Tesco and Sygma.
Writing appeal to Tesco as we speak but don't think I have a hope in hell of overturning Sygma's decision.
Also had another increase from Vanquis according to automated balance line. Gone from £1500 to £2250.
May get a GOLD card now..woo hoo :j

Maybe you get an account review then? Mine was 2 years 1 month, Nov 2011. Maybe they are changing cards around then or something? Like Natwest changing the Solo/Maestros to visa (got another letter from them yesterday). But Cap1 have the right to close your account at any time, so I doubt it's incase you are bad, as they'd just block the card if you were and tell you your account is going to be closed

How long before Vanquis offer increases, I know I am putting the cart before the horse here as I have only just paid my 1 st statement:j

Also if I apply for a Grattan or Freeman catalogue will I get rejceted because I already have a vanquis card???/:eek:

My limit is £1500 but I have the gold card :undecided How do they decide these things?
