Still don't have my pin for my Aqua - maybe a good thing though?
I phoned once and the woman didn't have anything about it whatsoever, I gave them another call back and got 'Halifax Card Services' but explained it was an Aquacard, miraculously they found it and said they were awaiting the CCA to be returned, so perhaps a different system to access our info?
Hopefully you guys will get everything sorted very soon!0 -

No mate you're wrong!
tesco (i.e. credit cards only) search both Experian & Equifax.
Read back, I explained this in detail and I know it for a fact, I also have a mate who posts here confirming it lol and he works for Natwest!!
RBS still underwrite TPF, as such initial checks are made via Experian, you then get an agreement to sign and when it is returned and checked at AVU they run an Equifax search, if anything stands out. That could be too many searches or a missed payment - anything! The only way to bypass any additional searches is if you have a flawless credit history for the previous 24 months.....
However all app's are subject to AVU intervention in which case, the norm goes out the window. I have had the cards for my new account, then a day later got a letter from AVU closing them down, as fast as I got them
Do not be fooled into believing everything is fact, just cos it happened to you!Ive been working on Natwest systems for over a year and would say i'm as confident about their systems as their own staff! :rotfl:
