Oh dear get better soon! I know the feeling being off, I'm at uni on my own as everyone else is still on Easter holidays!

And they have decided that they don't feel the need to supply my report online and actually fancy posting it to me instead. They then decided that because I have a redirection they won't send it afterall unless I supply a stack of documents to prove who I am - I don't even have the documents they want! I decided against sitting in their queue and emailed them instead, better deal with them in writing so that I've got proof, ready for when they trash my report and I complain about it!

Emailed them explaining I was a student and so live away from home for most of the year, that Natpest told me I was allowed to use my existing address and if they tell me that and then give me a credit card then I consider it to be true, therefore Experian should send me my report... Also let them know I couldn't give them the documents they want even if I wanted to! And wanted to know why they haven't given it to me online... should be a fun reply :rotfl:

Ah they take the biscuit dont they! Give em all you got lol, keep us informed You will no doubt get some automated response that doesnt answer your questions IMOA they do it to wind you up more.

Well well well............ had a letter from Studio today to tell that they are sorry but they cannot offer me a credit account at the moment:cool: what a suprise:rotfl::rotfl:

Looks like Vanquis and Orange are all that are accepting me at the moment so I am going to step away from the apply button and wait and see what a nice row of green O's does for me.:rotfl::rotfl:

have you got jd williams or jacamo account they are easy to get

The thing is these jokers charged my credit card too. If they charge the card they should send the file. I might get Natpest to do a chargeback on them

No I had problems with JD in the past so steering clear of them lol.:A

I just suffer with "apply now syndrome" so will have to get some treatment for it.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
