I got my brand new Flybe CC today. Looks great. Tried to register online but got one of those error messages some peeps reported here.

I'm going to shut a few accounts down over the next couple of weeks, things I don't use like Some bank accounts.

Hi Everyone

I have just looked at experian and i have a credit rating of 654 I was hoping to get a credit card to pay off monthly to improve credit. Within the next couple of years Id like to get a morgage with my bf his credit is good so want to improve mine to better ours chances of actually being able to get a morgage!

According to my credit report I
You make all your repayments on time and in full - no accounts have been paid late in the past six months
You don't have any county court judgments and you have not been declared bankrupt in the last six years

which i presume is good.. However Aqua have refused me are there any other ways to improve my score? I have applied for a pre paid card to improve credit over 12 month.. and considering a barclay cash card account.

any ideas will be gratefully recieved! Katie x

Back on topic I'm appealing Flybe decline and stating in the Decline letter that i feel that IMO the decline was because of the additional unnecessary searches by sygma for the silver application
