    yeah it is ALTHOUGH its registered kinda wrong the middle names incorrect

    for example my middle name is STUART yet they have it as an A

    might be relevant might not thought id say though

    why cant people just stay with one bank,keep changing banks will completely mess your credit report up..

    and they WANT those FACILITYS and FOR YEARS HAVE NEVER MANAGED TO GET THEM

    Yes it is a great account. I got a cashcard but have been trying to get it upgraded without luck!!

    Now a person with a DEFAULT to his name applied for one and got a full account!! It shows how unfair the credit system is. Just like unfair Britain. I'm delighted for you.

    What makes you say that? People change bank accounts for various of reasons. Not satisified with customer service etc.

    As long anyone keep the oldest account open regarding credit file then they can do whatever they like. We are the consumers and should chose when and how to choose.

    thanks mate if it makes u feel any better i did have there basic CASH CARD account years ago closed it down bout 4 years ago as its all i could get (same as you) and took a clydesdale basic instead as its superior etc
