p.s. regulars use the thanks button - hint hint (tight sod, must be a northerner!)

I believe we have been down this road before somewhat - given I am in North Wales, that puts me about an hour or SOUTH (or southish) of you IIRC

I don't know whether to move my salary etc to Lloyds TSB. I already have an vantage current account that I don't use. It seems pointless paying £13 a month for HSBC Plus when I could be making money (interest on the vantage).

    Hmm...
Mate, you should try and le your salary credit one account rather than keep switching it around. This will help you build a good internal score with a bank.

FYI the 1st month your account doesn't get a salary credit after a usual monthly credit it rings alarm bells to the bank and will mean they will restrict lending as you may have lost your job ect......
    Bank Accounts - Barlcays Premier[/B] - £1000 o/d, HSBC - £200 o/d- First Direct - £500
    Credit Cards - Barclaycard £2000 - Silver Card £1300 - Flybe £7500 - HSBC £1000 - First Direct £2500 First Direct Gold £3000
6 credit accounts closed in 2010!

I've had my salary paid into one account since I started my job. HSBC still don't give me any credit. In fact, they took my cheque guarantee card away from me.

Never heard of it - but now you have posted that, I seem to be wrong. It would appear you are 4 hours south of where I am - not an hour North - maybe I am confused.:rotfl:

As for cup - depends if I can find a random Welshman in a foreign squad because of parentage etc, or if I can find an international player from the local team (but none spring to mind)

I don't understand why they would do this... I have limited credit with HSBC (£200 O/D) & CGC but I got this with all of the incorrect links of mine ( Defaults and everything )

Meanwhile was declined by Aqua & Capital one.

You were accepted by Cap1 & Aqua but declined by HSBC
