Only get a job if you are ready and you have discussed it with your psych. You will also have to make sure your meds are doing their job before you even consider it.

    I agree entirely.

I discussed it with mine and she came up with a pretty logical reason why I should not do anything at the moment, including lower my diazepam dose as they are just working out what is really wrong with me. It seems I am on a "see-saw" when it comes to stress of any type. So positive as well as negative could easliy tip me into the next mood episode.

I do understand but also feel not doing anything is not helping, so they gave me an NHS referral for exercise at the local Council Leisure Centre as they think that will help me alot and I agree. I have been saying "I will be joining a gym soon", for some 15-20 years now :j

Another one of my credit cards paid off today. I'm right on track with my plan to be credit card debt free by June. 2 cards remaining.

Once they are all paid off, I can go on a shopping spree and max them all out again. :D :rotfl:

I'm hit and miss at going over my limit with Natwest....I thought it was pushing it....then this morning my bills from Nandos and the cinema showed up..... I KNEW there was something I was forgetting! I've paid last month's statement today (was going to go on Monday anyway) so hopefully it gets there before the other payments (just like the other 3 times I've gone over my limit and got away with it by doing this! :rotfl:)

Does anyone know how to get Cap1 to export to Excel? I have got all my accounts in a spreadsheet now.....because thanks to uni not playing ball I'm not going to get 2.5k+, so kind've need to account for everything now!

    My application with The Coventry:

26th Feb - applied online, printed off form and posted it with passport and bank statement
2nd March - received ID back
3rd March - letter saying thanks for your app and we are dealing with it
5th March - letter asking me to fill in my security details.

does this mean I have got it? I don't want to ring them and tempt fate

Correct! I can make you a provisional using photoshop within an hour but the full licences are linked to the goverment gateway meaning lenders and other people you provide it to, can if they like, go into the GSI and check authenticity direct! It actually shows them the issued licence on screen, and they compare it manually with what they have in front of them!

Same applies with passports but they only see the details, not the photo as such! :D:D

Sorry, what is GSI? and is it a standard practice for them to check this GSI in all cases.
You state same applies for passport. However, does this GSI database contain info on foreign passport holders with permanent right to reside?
The reason for my last question is that i witness a drama in Old Woolwich Building Soc many years ago.
A man with a Zambian passport came in to change his address and presented his passport as ID when asked for one. But the young blonde at the counter rejected it stating 'i can't tell if this real or not cos i haven't seen one before'. We all felt this was rude as she spoke really loud to everyone's hearing.
Customer didn't bulge but insisted and pointed out the page with Home Office indefinite stamp. The blonde wasn't having it.
At this point, customer lost all cool and started cursing. Accused blonde and bank of being biased and wicked. At this stage, a senior staff appeared, calmed the man down and took him to an inner room.
Whether he succeeded or not, i do not know.
