    Would there not be some kind of legal consequences for that though, should the bank find out it's not stolen (deception or similar?).

    Saying that I'm about to "lose" my Natwest card, but that's only because it's broken and they're hell to get a new card from!

    He's not changed the address on his account ;) It was a right kick in the teeth, too, after all the effort I went to in order to get Vanquis to revert the interest rate hike and close the account he goes and p***es all over that by re-opening the account at the higher rate. Ah well, his look out. Special needs.

    EDIT: I know opening other people's mail is illegal but I'm sure he'd prefer that to me scrawling "Gone Away" on it and ending up with a GAIN record :rotfl:

    It could be a good thing if you did do that. He'll have to learn to stand on his own two feet and organise his own finances.. if he can't be bothered to change the address, it isn't your problem.
