JBL has been making excellent high end/professional sound equipment for about 50 years. I imagine the sound will be superb quality, much better than similar priced 'lesser' brand things.0

Tempted but no use if it's poor with touch
I got one a few years ago for my classic. I now have a 2nd gen touch and the sound quality is just as good. Only problem is it doesn't charge it. Not sure if this model would as presumably it is a newer model.
