Morning Friends, how has your morning been so far??

Well, the sun's trying its best to come out but everything is so wet its gone all hot and humid - phew!

Latest update - HR will offer me job on Friday thats in THE worst place around here. I've been both a caseworker and manager there, and its not nice. I looked after 3 staff through the years who had a breakdown in work (I kid you not) violence is the norm. So, looking forward to that then :rolleyes:
Ther office ALWAYS has vacancies cos staff leave all the time. Staff turnover is between 20-25%, and has been since the office opened.

AND you know this problem HR has with me writing down the wrong offices on my list and they can only look at vacancies 'on my list'? And they wont deviate from this 'strick rules'?? Well, the job i'm being offered on Friday is in a place that IS NOT on my list!!!!!

Right CV head on again today!

Need a nice person to do the DIY jobs I cant on the my house so I can sell it, move to somewhere quiet and green, and start my business! Oh, and buy a laptop so I can chat to you all while watching BB!

What have you all got planned for today? Hope your days going well so far.

Morning UrbS! Glad things are on their way to being sorted. I know it probably isn't ideal but look at it as a stop gap until you can set up your own business and make millions!!

My day will be spent sorting out my loft and selling whatever I can on ebay to make some money!! I'd love to have one of those lovely stainless steel range cookers in the new house but just seen how much they are :eek:
We need to start making and saving some pennies.....! I don't have to leave the house today which is a lovely feeling so I've put on my comfies and going to mooch around and eat choc ices!!

My offer still stands if you need someone to run an eye over your CV Urbs!

Just looked on my local freecycle and someone has posted 2 kittens! Am shocked! Have emailed telling her to make sure they go to someone who will look after them and if she can't find anyone suitable I'll gladly take them. I'm suprised they don't just take them to Wood Green (we have a local one where I rescued our bundle from).

Someone was offering rabbits on our local freecycle the other day ~ they were house rabbits though and I couldn't have rabbits in the house, mine is outside and is very happy I love freecycle though, we got a 3 piece suite for the conservatory the other day, the woman even brought half of it to our house as we couldn't fit it in the car !!!

Urban ~ chin up, I hope they offer you something decent eventually, or pay you off ~ I know what I would prefer You can always pop over for a coffee here, I'm in the office all day but most of the lads disappear after lunch so you'd be more than welcome if you can't stomach Nescafe or no brand teabags you'll need to bring your own drink! I'm at no.14 in the basement suite

Hot and humid here, was having a hot flush this morning, now I have the shivers :rolleyes:

Awwww your poor dog my old dog loved the water, hated having a bath :rolleyes: but hell, he used to stink!

I just had a visitor to my office, gave me a real shock, but she is fabulous, beautiful and has great taste in bags Urban it was wonderful to see you, we'll definitely do it again next time we should hit the shops and then recover with a nice coffee and cake
