If they offer me the job where I get threatened and abused i'm resigning - cos I dont know what else to do.
    Urbs ((((((((hugs)))))))
Hang in there and become a right pain in the butt, slightest threat or abuse take it to line manager and union EVERY time. Kicking up enough might get you a redundancy package. Might be way off line in my train of thought but an idea.

As to the offices is it right and left hand not communicating?

Urban :grouphug:~ shout, scream and get  until they take notice. Don't resign, it may make you feel good for about 5 minutes but then reality will kick in and you will feel worse :(

I know its difficult but you have to make your voice heard and the more of a pain in the a$$ you make of yourself the better :D

I'm here if you want a chat, I'm a good listener!

Hi Zombiecass, I checked out the myspace site, I assume that we can all post on there but it wanted me to sign up and I closed the window and gave up  maybe I will get a chance to have another look later.

Hi Messy ~ hope its a quiet night for you :)

Hi Waterlily ~ good luck with the house purchase, try not to let it get too stressful, it will all be worth it ~ honest!

Hi Wannabe, CG and anyone else I've missed :D

    Hugs xx

UrbS - sounds like they can't make their mind up! Hang in there, it WILL work out for the best.xx

Wannabe - the house is BIG. We could only afford it because it needs so much work but I'm sure it will all be worth it :p . OH keeps telling me we will have to have lots of babies to fill it  . I;m sure he is going to curse me with twins.....as if having kids isn't expensive enough!
Basically the house is too big for the 2 of us but I think with the right amount of work (and not too much money :D ) we will be able to make a profit on it!

Whatamess - good luck with the car. Remember that a little of what you like will only do you good (so my mother says!) so don't feel guilty about the car. If you can afford it, go for it and enjoy :j

Off for another mortgage meeting - oh what other joys will my day bring......:o

    Love you all.

Theres 2 ways to look at it a cheap job to make it cpmfortable to live in. Then do it properly a room at a time in a few years. Or go for it now and do it how you want it.

Thank you, still not heard yet. I get very impatient.

    Thanks messy xxx

The workplace get abuse from I have taken it to LM, officisally reported abuse each time but its pretty much 'what do you expect where you work???' Union are involved at moment, and I sat in meeting where my manager told union I was a right pain (tut, so inconvenient od me to be ill
 )and they wanted to move me to another amanger so i'm their problem!

Explored redundancy - civil service is moneysaving so no redundancy packages unless extreme circs (eg whole office is closing). What theyre doing instead is whats happening to me - so we all resign or get sacked an they save ££££'s. Last count 1000 staff were in this situ.

With civil service, its more of the right and left PLANET not communicating!!!

    Phillipa thank you xxx

Youre right about resigning. I'm trying to be me balanced about it, but the relef i'd feel if I left and could just walk away from them and not deal with them any more is immense.
Dont offer to listen - might take you up on it ;)
