welcome rose07, no you certainly didnt bore ud, we like to hear about everyone, i envy you as i adore hens
i am not painting everything from scratch this year, just going over it all again to freshen it up, three walls of the sitting room are a light orange, might sound awful but its cosy, washed the kitchen roof today then off visiting with dd and the boys, then i have got to start with the gloss paint
excuse mistake on top line just noticed it

hi twink, we have 18 chicks at the mo, they are such a handful.
would love to help ya paint i do abstract painting in my spare time as well, and have helped my parents to renevate this cottage, is this the second time you have painted ya house?

A farm? Oh Rose You lucky thing. I have had loads of animals in my life ...had some belgian bantums for years. They all had names and were very tame. I have also had sheep, goat and fouls. What part of the country are you in? Mclaren is a photographer he is in Edinburgh. He is lovely too. Sorry about your Mum. mine drives me mad too. Lots of them on here have cats. Messy has a greyhound (which I nearly kidnapped when I met her) and I have the lab in the picture who looks dead.
I was posing today with Nikki. I dressed her up in all her white dressage stuff and took her to see someone who had moved into her village. I nannied for the family and they are living just below Nicks field. I should have taken a pic. We did some schooling and now my legs hurt.
Time to peel potatoes!!
Will be around a bit though.

sounds like a lovely day that nikeh. used to do horse riding when i was little but had an accident that made me kinda go of riding.

well have just finished cutting a fuscha bush, wheeled all the extra bits up to the far field takes some doing. and holly keeps hearing bangs gets her all scared.

my mum a year 1 teacher to. was helping her yesterday set up a plan, and seen all the fun things they have like being in my youth again, lol.

Hi rose,

I'd love to live in the country again ~ I lived in North Wales, 3 miles from the nearest village and I loved it. Instead I now live in a town house on a busy main road :eek: oh well, when the children leave home I might get something more idyllic where I can keep some chickens and get another dog

i live in a village in ne scotland and have six cats, 1 is mine, 1 adopted me and the rest are dds who lives near me with the three boys, i have two sons and one daughter and work in a developmental playgroup
yes rose i get on okay with painting, thank goodness for non drip gloss paint though

Prolly never hun, sorry. Unless he's self-employed and can set his own rules (mostly) at work, or is the ceo/md, we all have to adhere to rules in place dont we.
He isnt an ex-prisoner, or ex-drug/alcohol addict, or has a serious health condition, these would be difficult to sell on paper. At the moment though something is seriously demotivating him and it does sound like he's down. If he wont recognise there's a problem he wont get help for it, and he's really the only one that can help him.
