and am finding a thousand other things to do which is stupid as it needs to be submitted asap.
naughty urbs demand avoidance behaviour, :naughty: Just had a scrap with a young lady who displays that, only its not finding other things to do that she does. She would rather take a few chunks of skin by any means possible (teeth, nails)

  • Keep your spirits up Urbs and you stick to your guns, don't let them put you back in that awful place.

CG - move is soon, move is soon, move is soon........

Maclaren - big welcome I too thought F1 before buggy. I love F1, there just aren't enough good handbags involved :rotfl: Seriously, I do love it but since DS was born I only ever get to see the beginning. I like it when Schumaker wins cos the Italian National Anthem has become my alarm clock from my Sunday afternoon snooze! Oh for the carefree days when I pulled an all nighter to see the Japanese Grand Prix live in the morning.... You are among friends here and there is always someone to talk to when you need it. I found myself telling my Mum today "ooh my online friends will like that bag".

Harrods was amazing, am going there again for first day of sales. They have a plus size room and great bargains which must have been even greater in the beginning of the sale when there was more stock. I bought a jacket reduced from 279 to 67.95! And a half price sequined scarf/wrap for the cruise. I also saw an amazing scarf that was a snip at £949!!!!

I didn't buy a bag, dithered over one at 85 quid from 179 quid but Mum was there saying "so how many bags have you bought in the last 3 months" and "are you spending loads in some sort of compesation for kicking OH out?"

On the OH front he goes from total lack of communicaiton to popping in and being grumpy. We are so better off without him BUT is that fair on DS? Especially as the poor little sod has me for a mother and I hate spending time doing kid things and have no obvious rapport with him. Sunday was purgatory for me to be alone with him all day and he is a lively, engaging, well behaved little angel.

    Will work harder with him.

Hello - the topic heading made me look - can I join your group of friends? I've just separated from my oh and still can't quite believe it. We got together when I separated from my nearly ex-hubby 7 years ago and I thought it would last forever. Moved house last week with my 2 kids and am living on my own for the first time in my life. It was my 37th birthday on Saturday which was really difficult. My parents and sisters are really supportive but it's not the same as friends is it?? (I don't know how to do the smileys yet - sorry!) The kids are away to their dad's (the nearly ex-hubby, not the recent oh) for 2 weeks now. I've got another week off work to get the house sorted but broke down in tears today because I couldn't make the new TV work - and then felt really silly...Like lots of you, my oh was my life and I lost touch with lots of friends and was quite happy to do that because I thought I would spend my life in a happy relationship where I didn't need anyone else. Sorry to ramble on - thought I'd better give you some background to get us started on our new friendship...
Thanks for reading if you got this far : - )
  • Have a look at the bottom of the page you need them switched on. Then they sit beside you jumping and laughing. The hugging one is on the more smilies and i think looks dodgy. The right hand one is not hugging IMO!!!!!!!!!!!!!:grouphug: Sorry just never said that outloud if you know what i mean.
Nice to meet you Ms Saver!!
I am the winging grumpy one.
Nice to hear that I am not the only one who wishes that some marriages could be deleted.
You are among friends here. Happy Birthday for Saturday! cake time girls!!:bdaycake:
Actually i must get the chocs.
Don't be sad. we can advise on TVs and we will be here when you are lonely. I am seriously considering living alone again. But you have children so it isn't quite alone!!!!

Thanks Careful girl. My children do keep me going I have to say although they spend 1/2 of their time with their dad - which is very healthy for them and I thought it was healthy for my relationship but obviously not...

Thanks for the smiley tip and the birthday cake. I have to agree with you about the group hug thing - it's called 3some which I think probably says it all...hope this works :hello:
