O2 - BHO: (no name) - {F0626A63-410B-45E2-99A1-3F2475B2D695} - (no file)

Please run COMBOFIX

Follow the simple instructions it gives
Post the COMPLETE log it creates here (Split into sections if need be)

If it comes up with a RENAMING error then RIGHT click the exe file and RENAME and call it QWERTY (Making the complete file name 'QWERTY.exe') Or SAVE as 'QWERTY' on download

Oneday77 ... I have windows XP but here is what came up at run.
operating system - microsoft widows XP home edition
System manufacturer - P4M80P
Processor - Intel(R) Celeron(R) D CPU 3.33GHz
Memory - 478 MB RAM
DirectX Version 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904)
Page File - 416MB used 703 available.

What info do you need off 2nd tab - it shows Direct X files but wont let me copy and paste them ??

You would geta hugh speed increase if you upgraded to 1 gig RAM or more

So that they have some way of searching (if need be)

YAHOO toolbar is know to slow computers down
EPSON toolbar is beyond useless

I still don't see why you'd need a toolbar for that. Google is just a few keystrokes away...

People who post questions on this techie forum tend to not be that well up on computers. I gave clear and conise instructions so we dont have any slipups

Combofix - have tried twice and it seems to run but no instructions to create log- Not sure what I am doing wrong.

Also how do I upgrade to 1RAM - do I but an external piece of hardware ??

Download and run the FREE version of DR WEB

It will auto QUICK scan
After that set to scan the WHOLE computer and press the 'play' icon
