Love is not something you make up and it has away of making you push your own boundaries, love always comes out on top.

I dont think its nero its either the DVD's your using or the speed of your dvd drive.0

Are you sure your PC hardware/burning drive is not causing the bottleneck? i'd check the write speeds of your specific drive, look for benchmark/tests comparing software packages to see if any actually perform faster under controlled conditions...
....also google for any DVD burn times along the lines of what you are trying to achieve and analyse all differences between your hardware and software spec
you can't do everything with software
PS if you find your drive is part of the problem these can sometimes be sped up with modified firmware but you risk (albeit a small risk) trashing the drive if you go down that route0 -
It's probably the transcoding that takes the most time. Do you have a NVIDIA or ATI graphics card? There exists software that can offload some of the processing to the GPU, leaving the CPU to get on with the less troublesome stuff.0

Thanks for your advice - my computer is a basic spec and two years old so thats probably why then. Dont know what graphics card etc I have if any.
Just thought maybe their was a different programme that would transcode etc quicker.
Thanks again
ETA- on my hard drive it says - Unicrome pro 3d/2d graphics and video integrated0 -

Try http://www.vso-software.fr/products/convert_x_to_dvd/ and see how fast the trial does it, a full DVD takes about 40 mins tops on my old athlon 2 yrs old, and not at fastest speed.
