Milk will freeze well too, if you have room in the freezer.I believe in the freedom of spinach and the right to arm bears.

Have you got any space in the freezer? I'd freeze as many of them as you can get in there for starters.
Meals that involve a white sauce of some description - fish pie, mac&cheese, etc. would use some of it up, but if you can't eat them up quick you'll be needing freezer space for those too!0 -
