So they grow back in a few weeks - pull them out again or burn them off.
Personally I would rather know my fruit and veg is as near to100% free of chemicals and not likely to kill or otherwise alter the local wildlife. For years they thought DDT was doing no harm..........................
TBH does it matter if there are a few weeds in a drive?

The stuff that you can buy over the counter is next to useless, what you need is to befriend you local farmer, he will have some of the good stuff knocking around in a barn somewhere.
Thats what I did when I needed to clear a large area.

Or mix up your own napalm.

No doubt that " global warming " is taking place, not sure what the cause is though.

I don't think that it is directly related to a few weeds.

This works I tried it on our blocking paving its killed moss, some small weed with fern like leaves that spread all over place

Eco friendly weed killer (I used a cheap wilko hand sprayer about 70p) and a bottle of Morrisons white vinegar

    http://www.finegardening.com/how-to/articles/vinegar-based-citrus-based-weed-killers.aspx

It took just over 2 weeks

Be sure you apply when it doesn't rain and warmish sunny day the sun and the citric acid in the vinegar dry the weed out, mind yu driveway smelled like a chip shop for the day, lol

I don't think it is directly related to a few weeds either, but it is certainly related to a few weeds multiplied by the number of people who don't give a stuff about what they do with a few weeds because if they can't save the planet single-handedly or they can point a finger at someone who isn't making an effort, then why should they do anything at all?

All you need is an ability to be able to understand the simplest of graphs to see that the rate of global warming cannot possibly be to do with any natural cycle. But as "the earth's temperature varies naturally" is still something that can be used by oil companies as an excuse to persuade the extremely hard of thinking to keep consuming their product, it's bound to dupe a few even now.

Oh and you never use the products of oil companies?

We had an Ice Age, was that caused by man?

Just a simple blowtorch, or a special long lance garden weedkilling blowtorch (most good garden centres will sell them) won't harm the environment and will kill them instantly.
