  • Hi chums I get my bra's via the hospital breast care clinic,I think they get them from Anita's.Its odd, I get allowed one prothesis every two years on NHS and although I am a large lady, I have found that my 'boucy one' as my DGS aged five calls it, is actually larger than my real one IYKWIM.So I either have to try and put on more weight which is not good for my mobility or I now will have to wait until next October until I can get a smaller prosthesis. As they are quite expensive I shall wait and just lean over slightly to my right :) The bra's I do get are very comfortable though not as pretty as I would like but I suppose at my age and knackered condition it's not a No.1 priority for bra makers:)
had a good afternoon at college and learned all about the Duke of Wellington (him of the boots)Then went to aldi's,Summerfields and ended up it Mr T's getting some apricot yoghurt.I want to try MSD's apricot scones this weekend .Do you think I could use half the dough and freeze the rest as I am probably the only one who will like them in the family. Does scone dough freeze well.Since I have had my freezer defrosted I am becoming manic about freezing stuff. I have defrosted the brisket of beef and it will go in the SC overnight with veggies for lunch tomorrow for my visiting sis-in-law.
Also managed to pick up a large whoopsied piece of irish rump steak for £2.40 one piece of which is cooking at the moment for dinner, the other bit is guess where ,yup in my freezer.
well time to trot chums .Thanks for the heads up on my lovely danny I am so pleased that he has got the job after being disappointed last week.
have a good evening chums and stay in the warm and dry if you can
    Cheers JackieO

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

goingtobepoor I have no idea who you are and you have no post history on here. I have had no issues with the poster you mention NOR does a search on their posts reveal them being nasty to me as you imply. There is only one person who has a problem with me and they went in my ignore bin a long time ago.

I've had no pm's, well only a nice one from J. Maybe the trolls are back.
Hubby & I had a lovely meal at the carvery, £5 each, & now we are going to celebrate a la Hester, probably TMI, lol.
The problem staff member was escorted from the premises by 2 staff members as he refused to go quietly, some of us had offered to form a guard of (dis)honour, I had a rounders bat ready, lol.
    Hugs Hester
