    Be fair to the poster---he parked badly, but you see worse examples every day not given tickets.

    however all i can say OP is get a grip.
    people shouldnt be rushing straight on the carriagway as its a give way but you can abanson(not park) where you like?
    get out of bed and walk to uni rather than be in a 'rush'
