Shel - are you having a civil ceremony or church wedding?

If it's a civil ceremony, you might want to call the registrar and see what times are available as it sounds like you haven't booked them yet. I booked in August and they only had 3:30pm or 5pm left for my date... You have to book the registrar who is in the local council area of your venue, not where you live.

Hi bluebelle and welcome to the thread - you are now on the first page :j

Shel - have you had a chat with your registrar anyway as they should be able to at least pencil you in a time as the last thing you want is for all the time slots to be taken

hello :) great to hear how everyone is coming along.

I'm getting a little scared now, the time is going by so quick! I decided to hand write my invitations, including information cards, RSVP cards, and then I'm tea bagging them, and finishing them off, and it's taking me so long!! I was planning on sending them out in March, but at this rate they won't be ready for a while!!

Other than that, things are coming along quite well, we pretty much have everything else sorted now. Meeting with the vicar again next week to talk about hymns/readings etc.

Good luck to everyone, and hope all your plans are going well :)
