Hi JenE and welcome to the June group!

I'm sending all invites out at the same time - i am having about 40 day and a further 70 evening guests.
I had a chat with OH and we agreed that if we get people dropping out we won't bump people up to the day unless we start going under 30 people, which is unlikely

The first thing I did after my proposal was book a month off work for the wedding - it was 15 months before so they couldn't say no!!

I am just praying things go my way. If not I may just book it anyway and tell them a month before either they honour my leave or I put my notice in!!!!

Hi, I've sent mine out as a lot of OH's family are on holidays etc, so sent mine recently. I've had lots of RSVPs bacl already.

I will ne sending my evening invites out end of the month.

Meeting with venue Wednesday to discuss bits.

Yes I'll be sending day & evening invites out at the same time - but not before the middle of March - it's tradition 3 months before the date. Both our family's know we're getting married, so if they book their holiday and can't come to the wedding then they're not that important to us and it'll save us money!

We'll find out at the end of the month how it'll continue! If his company win the contract they're working for then I'll be moving up to Edinburgh after the wedding If they don't win it then he'll most likely be made redundant

I quite like the peace & quiet during the week but I do miss him terribly & he's not around to talk to or help me with anything.

Nearly finished my hand-made invitations & have done the templates for the inside of these, the evenng invitations & the menu cards.
Have to start dress shopping this week! :eek:

The dress shop ladies were telling me off in September for not ordering yet!!

Are you going the dress shop route?

Hi Ladies (don't think there are any gents registered for June??)

We ordered my other halves ring last night, he's having a titanium one from a place called Qualitytitanium.co.uk
It was only £40, I just hope its nice but we can send it back if we dont like it.
He's a z+3 and they had quite a few in his size so it good that he had a choice.

Hope you're all ok. Im great, just waiting to fly to Spain to get some things paid off in Gib. These next few months are going to be very expensive lol.

Yes will be going this week. The first place I spoke to said it would be 16 weeks max to get a dress so plenty of time!
