Hi folks
I would like to get a range of opinions on something so thought I would ask you lot.
I would love to take my 4 kids to Majorca this summer but I am absolutely terrified of flying and foreign travel in general. On the other hand, it's something I've always wanted to do.
Dare I book something with the risk that when it comes to it I may not be able to go through with it? What do you guys think?

Managed to go out after 1pm today so well delighted as I was in bed all morning feeling sorry for myself etc.I have got a bad back at the moment so off to the drs shortly to see what they can do for me and give me some painkillers if anything as the pain is so excrusiating for me and hurts when I breathe in or move.Postie brought me a condom today too Mrs D lol! just took one look and put in the drawer lol!

I think you should go for it! Majorca is a great place to start if you are a bit iffy on foreign travel. Lots of English speaking people and generally good food that you can trust. As for the fear of flying, why don't you try hypnotherapy? Or if another adult is travelling with you, you can try sleeping tablets to get you through it. Take a little cushion, whack the food tray down and snooze your way through the flight!

Another option is the long way round by boat but that would take ages! xxx
