Afternoon all.

Not having such a good day at the mo. I rang Samsung about the MP4 player problem and the guy spoke so fast I had problems getting what he was talking about (not unusual these days). Anyway it turns out that the catalogues do bog (bought out guarantees) so need to contact them to return it. I really don't want another Samsung as this is the second. The first one was returned with the same fault vefore it was even used and this one has only been used since Xmas Day and hasn't even needed to be charged yet. Hope they will swap it for a different make.

Back from the gym. Shattered! Pleased with myself though, just hope I can keep it up for the week to give my bum the kick it needs to get me into a routine again. My main thing today was an hour on the treadmill - did 7.8km - was obviously aiming for 10km coz that is the distance I'm doing on 21st March, but this was ok for today. Got a pool timetable so planning to swim tomorrow - gonna make the most of my 6 free days (thanks to a friend for the free passes!).

I'm now tucking into a nice big salad using the left over slow cooked gammon from the other day... totally yummy I'm so hungry! But if I'm going to be good I'm gonna have to avoid the toblerone that's downstairs calling my name!!

i was looking for it too, and the site will not load for me either (!!!!!!) - weird! its on my internet history, but if i go to the thread it says no valid link specified.
