quite a good day for me today, makes a change, first weigh in today after being on my diet/exercise properly and have lost 4lbs:j so happy and just done another session on ea active, have to change to high impact this week, forgot this morning:rotfl:

gave myself a wee challenge of losing 7lbs by valentines, its working so will do another challenge after that

wonder what the postie will bring us all today, fingers crossed its something nice xxx

Morning all.

Just back from dropping my car off for its service. Got a Jazz as a loan car.

Today is mostly about getting stuff crossed off my to do list and going to the gym (got a free pass for the week )

4lb is good PP. My challenge of 1 stone by end of May might be a bit big I think, maybe I should make it into smaller chunks. Fitness is really it for me though... this gym pass is my kick up the bum!
