finally heard from farrier, putting new shoe on horse tomorrow.
not wanting to pay for his time as shoe came off way to quick.

can't get on facebook, which is annoying.

off to get me dinner, and comp. possible not at same time.

:hello: Everyone,

I am feeling much more positive tonight,I went to the doctors re my bad back today and all the pain I have at back of spine is that I have torn a ligament in my back and damaged the soft tissue somehow and that is why I am getting the pain alot,got some Anti inflamitaries to calm the pain down so that I can try and move my back with ease and not rushing it as if I go too fast the pain comes back and with a vengance.

re my boyfriend I had said I had split up with him,well this evening we chatted on the phone and if my back is bearable I will go and meet him for lunch tomorrow and have a chat about stuff so that is positive news for me but it doesnt mean we are back together again just yet but we need to chat
