Glad you enjoyed your dance class MrsD you should be proud of yourself for getting out there and doing something different.

Katie (Tulip) glad the doc has given you something for your back and that you are feeling more positive. Hope the lunch and chat with the boyfriend goes well.

Need to go get my shower in a min and then do a bit of housework so i don't feel guilty doing my comps.

Morning everyone. Dont know why I'm so tired this morning. Muscles ache that I didn't even know I had! No exciting plans for me today... toddler group, cleaning, meeting friend & LO. My poor friend and husband decided to split last night so I'm going to be a shoulder to cry on later. Hoping for some nice wins x

Morning all, I'm feeling so down today, seems to be getting worse everyday, thinking maybe my med's need increasing, sick of it now, (well, 13 years sick of it!) just feel sooooo .......
just don't know what to do.
