Ooo, I'm livid, the payment for £6.49 has just come through on my credit card. I 100% used the code and did not click pay with my credit card to buy an album..

:mad: Not fair at all folks and I have contacted Sky through their contact us but I won't hold my breath.

Thanks, I have just successfully used the code and bought an album using the 10 credits. Says I have no credits remaining for this month, so it did use them for the download.

I got charged too, not happy! There is also no way of removing your card details.
I have emailed sky and sent a PM to Archana
Hope I get my money back!

No response from Sky or Archana on this and the money has come out of my account.

Thanks email received today as I emailed Sky again yesterday and they have said they will be refunding he £6.49 to me.
Dissapointed with the service from Sky with this download system, I found it painfully slow so will be sticking with Itunes!

Sky songs is the TV giant's new music streaming site which, for a monthly fee, allows you to listen to unlimited music via your PC & the internet plus and gives you a free album or 10 free tracks per month. However the first 15,000 new Sky Songs users to enter the special code will get one month free and the album.

What albums can you get?

The free album can be from any of its £6.49 range which makes up over 95% of the entire site catalogue ( premium, double CD and special edition albums are priced higher). Alternatively users can choose ANY 10 individual tracks from the 4 million available.

To get it you need be over 18 and enter credit or debit card details, but provided you pick the one month only option, your card won't be debited and the trial will automatically stop at the end.

I got the same email. So mabe they are going through them one at a time.
