  • Are you able to close your account after a certain time? I'm not so keen on my card details being held for a long time, but I couldn't see any instructions on how you might close your account in future if you would like to?

    Hi,

    I think Archana meant you have to send a Personal message through MSE. If you click on their names, there is a facility to send a personal message i,e, just to one reader rather than everybody else.

    I used it only once and so some of the jargon might be wrong - but it works

    Thanks for this :) I added my credit card got my 10 songs credited and downloaded a whole album (12 songs) I got a email saying i had been charged £0.00 will keep just incase. I did tick use song credits when downloading.

    You should be able to access your Sky subscriptions via Sky Payments (you'll need to Google it)
    Login with your username and password, then click the Subscriptions tab at the top right of the page. To the right of Sky Songs click on 'Stop Auto-Renew'.

    Hi, I just signed up for this, ticked the one month only box but the email I received says I have been charged £6.49. Alos entered the code in the original post.

    Did you put the code into the promo box? I did but still got charged, I have been waiting for 2 weeks for a reply but have heard nothing.......I am not impressed! Think it is going to take a phone call but need to find a telephone number first! Good luck trying to get your money back......I think it is going to be a long journey.

    Wishing I'd read the whole thread now.. thanks though for ther info, surely under the distance selling regs we should be able to cancel within 7 days. :cool:

    Telephone us If you can't find the answer you need then call an advisor on 08442 410 058 during the following times:
    Monday to Friday: 12 noon to 10 pm Saturday: 12 noon to 8 pm Sunday: 10 am to 6 pm
