When you download, it gives you the option to use your credit or charge your card, are you sure you selected the right option?

OK, answering my own question here, its 10x single downloads - gives you the option to pay a price (which varies) or use one credit. I was worried that the tracks costing £1.19 would use two credits, but they only use one. (Hope that makes sense!)

Whilst the OP states that they have 'blagged' 15000 free subscriptions, it seems this deal is widely available. It has been in The Sun and it is also available through the Sky Magazine for December so there is plenty of opportunity to get it.

I did everything as I should, I did one for my mum as well and she hasn't been charged. It's a total con and if sky won't give me my money back I shall be contacting the Sun!

Now today I got this message and today checked my bank and it says;

20 Nov 2009 SKY PAYMENTS LIVINGSTON £6.49

this was for my free!!!!!!!! CD, completed the application by following the instructions to the tee, dont have a clue what to do now anyone got any suggestions?

Seems they've voted for Cornish Independence!!!

Thanks for letting us know about this guys. We have tracked this bug down and have corrected the problem that was causing this message to appear for a very small number of users within the UK. The site is having a full update this Thursday (26th) and this correction will be made then. Please come back and try again on Thurs and it should work. Your code will still work then.

I posted a while back that too was charged. I contacted them through their contact page immediately but as yet have heard nothing, it was probably about 2 weeks ago, I was just thinking I must contact them again!

I have been debited £6.49 & my Sky song account says I've 10 songs left. I have already downloaded an album. Is the deal buy one get one free or will I be charged again. How do i get my money back. Who do i contact.
